Customers those who only partially filled or completed the OBT forms on the Zenyum website are qualified as Leads. Per Lead, a PC has to perform a few more actions (e.g. call to obtain photos) before it can be converted into an Opportunity.

Prospecting Champion ("PC") is responsible to convert Leads to Opportunities. Their key task is to
Objectives: PC not only plays an important role in developing the Opportunity base for the company but also contributes to the improvement of conversion rate by providing better quality sales pipelines. As the first representative reaching out to customers, PC will help customers be aware of and curious to learn more about our product. The acceptance to provide pictures for pre-assessment is a signal of higher customer interest which can lead to greater sales.

<aside> 🔑 Definition of Current lead backlog The current lead backlogs include: 🌱 Work in progress (WIP) Leads: are leads being stayed in New/Call back later/Waiting for pictures stages which have not been qualified to Opportunities due to the lack of pre-assessment pictures. These leads are under the ownership of CS before 06 September 2021 and need reallocating to PC for further nurturing and converting to opportunities. 🌱 Unqualified Lead
